Charles W. Lefevre President and CEO Mr. Lefevre was appointed president and chief executive officer of Princeton Insurance in June 2008. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for five years. He brings to the position extensive experience in the claims and underwriting areas of the insurance industry. In this post, he is responsible for the claims, communications, loss prevention and risk management, marketing, and underwriting departments. He began his career in 1978 as a claims representative at the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company's New Jersey Service Center and joined Princeton Insurance in 1983. Mr. Lefevre earned a juris doctor degree, graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the  courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor's degree in communications from Queens College (CUNY).  In addition, he has achieved a number of insurance industry designations including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).   Andrea C. Kanefsky Senior Vice President and CFO Ms. Kanefsky was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Princeton Insurance in February 2003. She brings 25 years of insurance experience to the position. She is responsible for the accounting, information technology and actuarial departments.   She began her career with the Health Care Insurance Exchange in 1980 and has held various accounting positions within the company. While in the position of vice president of accounting from January 1993 until February 2003, she was responsible for GAAP and statutory financial reporting, corporate tax planning, reinsurance analysis and strategic financial planning for Princeton Insurance.   Ms. Kanefsky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bucknell University and has achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant* in New Jersey. *currently inactive status
