Mr. Lefevre was appointed president and chief executive officer of Princeton Insurance in 2008. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for five years. He brings to the position extensive experience in the claims and underwriting areas of the insurance industry.
He began his career in 1978 as a claims representative with the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company and joined Princeton Insurance in 1983.
Mr. Lefevre earned a juris doctor degree, graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor's degree in communications from Queens College (CUNY). In addition, he has achieved a number of insurance industry designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
